Teknopower Oy is an international industrial company focused on long-term ownership and profitable growth. Established in 2011, with roots dating back to 1983, the group employs around 500 people globally and has a revenue of €80M.
We focus on efficient board work, tracked objectives, and active value creation. We develop our ownerships through collaboration and synergies, corporate arrangements, and other projects, while offering centralized group services. Teknopower invests in profitable, future-oriented businesses that fit into the overall group, with a long-term perspective. We invest without pre-set exit plans.

Atexor is an EX-lighting company, specializing in designing and manufacturing portable and fixed IECEx, ATEX and UKEX lighting for Explosion Hazardous Areas.
FLS Finland Oy offers LED price display systems and parking guidance solutions (PORTIER) tailored to meet the diverse needs of various industries and businesses.
Our investment portfolio functions both as a support for corporate ownership and in wealth growth. We invest with a moderate return target in money market assets such as interest and equity investments.
